CiderCon was created to affect positive changes in cidermaking, cider fruit production, the cider market and cider regulations. It's an opportunity for the cider community to gather, share ideas, collaborate and learn. CiderCon allows cider producers to meet their industry colleagues to exchange ideas on best practices, innovations and trends. The discussions that take place at CiderCon provide a foundation of strength and diversity for the industry.

Meet The Cidermakers: East Coast vs West Coast

American cidermakers are a resourceful bunch; join Corridor, DrinkingCider, Cider Culture and Ciderscene for a cider filled evening of exploration into East coast and West coast cider. This is a rare opportunity to meet well-respected cidermakers and discuss their innovative use of heirloom apple varieties and unique additions.

Corridor Brewery Executive Chef Jason Vandegraft will also have cider-food pairing specials available. TBA.
